KAVVMO Returns & Refunds

You may request a return for an eligible item within 30 days after delivery.

Eligibility

The item must be unused, undamaged and returned with original packaging. Custom-made, clearance and hygiene-sensitive products may be excluded unless defective.

Problems on arrival

For damage, defects or a wrong item, send your order details and photographs through our contact form as soon as possible.

Refund timing

After an approved return is received and checked, the refund is sent to the original payment method. Processing time varies by payment provider.
